lumia 925 won't update to 10149

Trying to update to 10149 on my lumia 925, but keep getting error (0x80080005). I can download but not install for some reason. Anybody else having trouble installing? If nothing works I may reset to 8.1 and then download latest update.

I am having the same problem and error. I am trying again right now for the second time. If this doesnt work im going to roll back to windows 8.1 and then try again from there.

update: by the time I had 8.1 downloaded with lumia software recovery tool, my 925 had downloaded the update again and this time the "restart now" actually worked to update the phone. It is still in process of updating.

I had the same error and couldn't get rid of it. Then I noticed that my date and time were way out of sync so I fixed that. Then I discovered that I had several app updates that were pending a retry or stuck trying to install. I cleared these and 10149 is on its way.
