Lumia 930 getting easily filled up with junk from applications

I bought a nokia lumia 930 and I installed a lot of applications. Now a lot of them started using a lot of space. For example MoliPlayer uses 4 gb or I have a torrent client that uses 2gb. I looked into them and some of them have local files while others have nothing while still using a lot more space than when I installed them. How can I clean them, just keep the applications and delete their temporary data?

I believe that would be left up to the application what it decides is temporary or not. I could be wrong but you would have to check for the solution within the app itself.
