Lumia 930 not ugrading to WP10

Hi everyone! I've got a Lumia 930, have been using WP10 for almost an year, and today I used my Windows Device Recovery Tool to restore my phone settings and it downgraded to WP 8.1.

Now I want to get back to WP10, but for my surprise, the Upgrade Advisor is not working anymore. I downloaded it from store but had no success. Tried the Insider approach, but had no luck as well. It takes me in circles saying I'm not registered, and when I log in, it says there are no builds I can download.

Anyone has an update about this? Did Microsoft disable upgrading to WP10 temporarily? definitively?:straight::asleep:

I'm actually enjoying 8.1 on 925. Used WDRT for the first time two days ago to get rid of W10M. I installed it editing registry, maybe you want get 10 the same way?

Try the upgrade advisor app now. Wasn't working for me the past week or so but this morning now is.
