Lumia 930 update problem

hi my uk cv GBIE 930
currently shows update available (8.10.14226.359)

it downloaded the update then gives the following msg

The update was downloaded but couldn't be opened (8018830f)

ive retried atleast 10 times including after reset the device ,but still the same error.

The current os version is showing 8.10.14176.243

and firmware revision number

02061.00066.14353.31004

after searching i saw some mention re lumia recovery tool but my phones fully working just cannot get this latest denim update, i did briefly connect it to lumia recovery tool and that gives option to download software version

02061.00066.14252.51003

which to myself seems a lower version ?? Is this correct as i remember with nokia symbian phones downgrade firmware was a Mustnt do as it bricked phone.

Any suggestions as to how get this new denim update to install.

I would back up everything I could on the 930 as is and then download the Nokia Recovery Tool program and reflash your phone and then try downloading the update and installing. This will probable will work for you.

Ive just picked up a pre-owned 930 after my last one developed a Green Tint on the screen, and I flashed it straight away with the latest UK CV GB rom.

Many thanks to both of you for your helpful suggestions and links , its worked and afterwards first updated the cyan and now just sucessfully installed the demim
