Lumia 950- App stuck pending after turning on wifi

I'm using Line. Everytime I turn on wifi, my phone turn off Line's push notification automatically or Line stuck Pending. I checked my store, there's no update. I updated my phone already. Other apps run smoothly.

can you reinstall it? Or move to internal storage?

If this is happening on your home Wi-Fi you may need to restart your local router.
