Lumia 950 cannot verify device after restore, what can I do?

lumia 950 cannot verify device after restore

Did a Hard Reset, then while restoring I signed-in my MS account, but it asked me for a verification code. I gave my 950's last four digits, but NEVER GOT THE CODE! Tried three hard rests, nothing!

Now I cannot RESTORE my BACKUP!

What a mess! Please someone help!

Usually te verification process gives more than one option like verify using sms or email or call. Try the other methods

If you didn't get the code it is because the security settings in your account are not current.
For account security you supply a phone number for SMS and an email address. Use an email that is permanent and not the one on the phone.
It is up to the user to keep the security info correct. When you restore you have a choice to receive the code via SMS or email.
