Hello everyone,

I hope someone can help me with this.
A week ago I've bought a lumia 950 (I live in the Netherlands) and I've turned on Cortana.

- I've read online that it is possible to use Cortana without changing the region and leaving the location (gps) off. And yes this worked (I selected language USA).

This worked perfectly for almost a week, however Cortana is doing strange the last couple of days

She keeps saying that she and the Internet aren't talking right now.

I've tried the following:
- changing the language
- changing the region
- changing time and date
- soft reset

People online are telling me to do:
- sign of and on --> How do you do that without hard resetting the phone?

Please help

this involves removing your Microsoft account and then adding it back to your device. under accounts in settings.

Do tell us what build your lumia 950 is running and whether you are an insider or not?

I have had success signing out in Cortana -> Notebook -> About me. Click on your account name, click on it again on the next (Account) screen - a sign-out option will appear. Click it and you will go back to Cortana main screen. If you go back to Notebook, you will be asked to sign in - click to do so.

Y'know, having typed all that, probably easier to just sign out in settings, as abhishek suggests!
