Lumia 950: Groove Music seems to "save" album art for my albums

The title might seem a bit confusing, so let me try to explain as best as I possibly can:

Yesterday I added some new music to my phone by plugging into my computer and copying the music to my phone. Today I noticed I had tagged the wrong album art for one of the albums, however when I updated the tag and added the correctly tagged music to my phone, it still shows the old wrong art. It's almost like Groove Music remembers the first art for the album, and only displays that instead of what is tagged.
