Lumia 950 - how to stop it auto-launching iTunes when trying to backup to pc via Windows Phone App

Please help as I can't figure this out.

When I use a USB cable to connect my lumia 950 to the PC to try and backup, first thing to launch is Windows Phone app, but then iTunes kicks in too, and the phone app fails.

How do I stop this happening?
