Lumia 950 XL does not charge with Puridea S1 power bank

Ciao Guys,
I bought the Puridea S1 10000mah power bank but it does not work with Lumia 950 XL: when I connect them nothing happens and the Lumia doesn't charge. I tried with two Lumia 950 XL with the same result.

Is it because the 950 XL needs a power bank with 3000mA output port?

Not really. I have an Anker 20000mah powerbank with max 2.4A IQ output and it charges my 950XL just fine. Try that powerbank with different device other than the 950XL

Not really. I have an Anker 20000mah powerbank with max 2.4A IQ output and it charges my 950XL just fine. Try that powerbank with different device other than the 950XL
