Lumia Cyan Update Trouble [Help Please]

My phone is asking me to connect to wifi to continue the update. The problem is that it is already connected to wifi, and was never disconnected. No, the connection didn't slow down during the download oft he update. Help please?

Hey try a soft reset by holding volume down + lock button at the same time until your phone vibrates and reboot itself(ignore the sliding screen to power off the phone , this won't erase any of your personal data ). Also try to enable/disable airplane mode.

I got the same message. Leave the window just how it is and tap on Phone Update if that does not work go and select the wifi network you want to use. I don't remember just what I did but its informing you to use wifi. I did not have to do a reset or close out of that window. Not closing the window means it may be open in the background while you check on the wifi you want to use. Yes I understand you are already on wifi and you should not have to confirm this but I did. Still a few things in 8.1 that need a little polish. Hope this helps
