Lumia Cyan update.

Since the lumia cyan update for lumia 925 was already came out in asia pacific region, is it normal when I cant still receive any phone update? I've checked for updates everyday but still said that phone is up to date. Help me please?

As far as I know, it wasn't released everywhere, e.g. it's not available in Australia.
