Lumia Windows update if use another carrier

Hi,

Quick question. Sorry new to this WP.
I have bought on ebay an unlock phone from AT&T. I live in Canada and I am with Rogers.
So when there going to be an update OS, can I update it? Or because I use rogers, it won't let me OTA update it?

You will receive an OTA update when AT&T releases it, don't worry.
