Lumia with a blocked Windows Live ID

Microsoft blocked my Windows Live ID recently, and they don't want to unblock it (I really tried). The problem is that it's the primary account on my Lumia 800. I created a new Live ID but I need to backup/transfer my contacts from the old one without logging in on the web (i.e. directly from the phone), but so far couldn't find any way to do this.
Can anybody help please?

Can anybody help please?

use the transfer my data app and transfer to another windows phone
or export the contacts in a .csv file(there are apps for this or even MS Outlook on the pc can do this)
another option is to email them and request them to send you the .csv of your contacts
