Lumua 720 unable to sms when data set to roam

Unable to send SMS messages when data set to Roam. Get message "Can't send message to.... Try again". Am still able to make calls and use data, and receive texts. If I then set to Don't Roam then I'm able to send txt's.

Are you actually roaming? Most of roaming charges are a lot higher than standard local charges, so you may want to check with your mobile service provider regarding their default roaming settings - some feature may have been disabled under certain phone settings to prevent incurring unwanted fees.
