Mail & Notification Issues

My Band 2 seems to disregard the mail and notifications settings in the MS Health App and Windows 10 Mobile Notification settings. I'm having the following problems;

1. Email notifications are vibrating on the band despite despite the "Vibrate if my sound settings support it" being toggled 'OFF' in the Notification & Actions settings on the phone.
2. If I use the VIP list in the Mail Setting of the bands MS Health App, I get all non-VIP mails vibrating on the band and populating in the Notification Tile.
3. If I remove the Mail Tile completely, I still get mail notifications in the Notifications Tile.

Anyone else experiencing the same?

I'm using a Lumia 640 (Windows 10 Mobile Insider Bulid .71) with Band 2 (Build 2.0.4117.0 26 R). I've already done a hard reset of the Phone and the band.

"Vibrate if my sound settings support it" only applies to the phone, not the Band. Might be a good pint tho, never thought about it.

I too get mail notifications on my notification center-tile, as well as on my mail tile. Seems to be a Windows 10-issue, did not experience this on Windows 8. Mind you that Health is still a Windows 8 app. That sucks, I totally agree on it, Microsoft should optimize the app for their own latest OS, but apparently, they didn't, which creates some problems.
