Mango update cant figure out what hardware revision

This may be a stupid question but even At&t can't seem to answer my question. Help Please. This is the info from the phone...

OS version 7.0.7390.0
Firmware revision number 2103.11.3.3
Hardware revision number 3.1.0.7
Radio software version 2103.11.3.3
Radio hardware version 0.0.0.3
Bootloader version 5.3.1.6
Chip SOC version 0.6.2.0

Ok the issue is that I'm reading that only hardware revision number 1.3 phones are getting the mango update and 1.4 phones will get it end of October. Well my phone says the hardware revision is 3.1.0.7 so when do these phones get the update or am I looking at the wrong number. There is nothing on the sticker under the battery and Zune tells me my phone is up to date.

You have 7390, meaning you've got the 1.3, if you had 7392, that's be the pre-update 1.4.

Mine doesn't say under the battery either, but the 7392 update is the NoDo update for 1.4 that raised all the fuss. So you're golden, and should update soon with your 1.3.
