I just noticed when I received my weekly update that my Band has not sync'ed to this connection since 11/15.
I checked and it has sync'ed with others like Strava, myfitnesspal, etc.
I can't explain it and I am reaching out to you guys - any ideas ?
I have tried deleting app and reinstalling it. Also shut down and restarted band and phone. Still not working.
