Maps app problem.

No, not sure how that would help. But waze works fine with the gps. Has to be a bug in yesterdays maps update.

I am on RP 14393.103. Maps App version 5.1608.2311.0
I am still facing the issue. Voice navigation doesn't start. Still getting "No GPS Signal" sometimes.

I just got a map app update a few minutes ago and the GPS appears to be working again!!!!!

And I was wrong. Still broke most of the time.

Still not working, even after a hard reset, but waze works fine.
