Incorrect Location in Maps, Weather Apps

I moved from Pennsylvania to New York 2 months ago. Geolocation is incorrect in Weather app, Maps app, Firefox desktop on Windows 10, it gives off my OLD address. Random sites that ask for location that is.

Clean Windows 10 Install
Clean Firefox Install
Not behind VPN
Different ISP in NY than in PA
Geolocation is accurate in Safari iPhone on the same WiFi network

I used Firefox forums account password reset, even that email gave the correct info: Firefox on Windows 10 My Town, NY, United States (estimated)

Testing
https://browserleaks.com/geo (shows my old Pennsylvania town)
https://whatismyipaddress.com/ (shows correct NY current location)
Google = shows correct NY current location
Home Depot = shows old PA town
Maxmind = shows correct NY current location
IP2location = shows correct NY current location

Firefox Options / Privacy & Security / Saved Addresses = EMPTY

The baffling thing is Windows 10 weather app and maps app does the same thing, shows old PA town. Others complain of the same bug in Window 10 too.

I replicated this issue on both logged into MS account and local account on my laptop. Replicated on LTE also, in Firefox, Edge, Windows 10 apps.

Look at the attached images. Even on my MS account, their own find pc tool is broken. Pathetic.

Don't know other things you have done but, In location settings I have another paragraph above ' Allow apps to access your location ' It is titled ' Allow access to location on this device' and mine is turned on. The button below it says ' Location for this device is on '
Don't know about the message on the location map ' credentials are invalid ' that could be a problem also.
There is also a setting for find my device in settings, update and security.

I too am having similar problems with location services in Window 10 Maps program and the weather radar program MyRadar. My iPhone, iPad, laptop, and my other desktop computer all have the correct location identified. My physical location is in St Peters MO but my location selected shows me in Arbing Germany nearly 5,000 miles away. I've tried every solution I could find on the internet and had a Windows Forums advisor trying for an hour or more to find a solution but had similar results. My thoughts on a possible solution is a registry entry that might have been deleted by Ccleaner Registry scan. I've kept up with all updates and have even reinstalled Windows 10 home again. No change.
