Maps on Lumia 950xl. No traffic available. How can I turn traffic on?

Maps on Lumia 950xl. No traffic available

When I put a destination and get directions, it shows no traffic available. Where do I toggle the traffic on?

On my 930 (on W10) only get this message if I switch off the date connection. So do you have a internet/data connection and allow maps to use it.
And check also https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj136866.aspx not in all countries this info is available.
