Memory problem

when i checked my lumia 520's memory by using storage check , it is showing that office document is taking 1.2 GB. but there are no files in office.from setting i reset the office but still it is taking 1.2 gb. can anyone tell me how to remove 1.2 gb.

no there are not any document in skydrive

Open the Office app, and check if there really are Office documents. Resetting Office will not have deleted them.

checked. there are no document in office.
i am thinkimg of reseting my phone.

Wait. A little more before you resetting your phone. Try connect to your PC and remove everything from internal storage. It may works. Or else, make a hard reset.
