To those who have problems syncing their old messages on their W10 phone does this new feature restore back the old messages that cannot be sync prior to this build?

My SMS history hasn't been restored

Just wondering, anyone tried with a dual sim phone? Can you chose which sim to use or it sticks to the main one like when sending a message through cortana?

I don't actually have a second sim installed, but it does give me the option to select which sim to send on on the top right. Same as the messaging app on mobile.

It most assuredly does not. Something is broken pretty solidly on the Microsoft backend servers. A few folks have been lucky with getting their texts restored. Others, like myself, have been waiting for over a month now.
