messaging sound

After Anniversary update, I can no longer change the sound of the Messaging it has defaulted back to the standard notification sound which is not loud enough.

It doesn't appear in Notifications & Actions any longer.

Please help!

Notify app appears after first notify received.
Once appeared, change sound in anything but Default.
In nothing, make a soft reset (hold vol down + power 15 secs)

Sill no Messaging option in Notifications and Actions. My phone is a 950XL.

Strange, apps must be the triple of that. Try a simple rebooting now
