Mic and speaker PROBLEM

Its been a month my Lumia 720's mic and speaker are not working properly.
In some calls, the other party cant hear my voice.
And the ringer sound has become irritatingly LOW.
I had hope hope on doing Factory Reset, yesterday I did it, but still the issues persist.

I gotta go the Nokia/Microsoft care center here in Hyderabad, India.

Is there anyone with similar issues and got it repaired. Can they repair the speaker issue? I mean DO THEY?
What will be the approximate cost in INR?

I went to a service centre here in Kukatpally( which I went before) sadly it was closed down.
I have to go to Secunderabad and give the device to them for a check.
My schedule is very hectic till 28th, so I cant go to service centre as of now.
I'm taking calls with the given WH-108 earphones, but to my amusement some times I can take calls without earphones, this is bugging me,
I DONT KNOW WHETHER THERE IS HARDWARE PROBLEM !!!

it does look like a hardware issue, a loose connection most probably. Yes, service centres do repairs and they should be able to do this. Call the service centre as had been suggested above and find out how you can get the device to them and what charges there would be if your phone isn't on warranty any more

I wish its just a loose connection which they sort it out without any hardware replacement.

Finally, I went to the Microsoft/ Nokia Care and fixed the problem. They have completely replaced the speaker and mic shell.
I can hear the loudness in my mobile.
