MicroSD Adapter that's Flush with Chassis?

Base Qi makes an adapter specifically for the 15" Surface Book 2, the 351A. Here is the link:

I got mine directly from Base Qi because they weren't available at Amazon yet but now they are. The 350A version made for the Surface Book works but you have to push it in further, does not sit flush and is very hard to remove without tiny tools like dental instruments(which I have because I'm a dentist). The 351A sits flush and is easy to remove with your fingernail.

That's looks like a nice solution. Unfortunately, if you disconnect the screen you lose access to the microSD card.

Putting the SD card reader in the base and not in the display is the biggest drawback to the Surface Book.
