Windows Central Question
Microsoft and Mobikwik have promised a cash back offer on purchase of certain Lumia phones. They are supposed to give a cash back of Rs.300 every month, for 12 months (till november 2016). So, total cash back would be Rs.3,600.(Coupon code was LUM300). Refer: http://www.windowscentral.com/dont-miss-lumia-535-smart-buyback-and-mobikwik-offers
After giving cash back for 3 months, now Mobikwik issued a statement that they have closed the offer. They will not give any further cash backs. They say that, they have right to withdraw any offer at their discretion, as per T&C. However, that statement was not included in the T&C which was published along with Offer.
I and my friends have bought Lumias because of this offer and it is now a huge loss (Rs.2,700 for each) for us as the offer is stopped in middle.
Microsoft is asking us to contact Mobikwik regarding this issue. No proper resolution provided by both Microsoft and Mobikwik.
Microsoft is equally responsible for the issue as it has advertised the offer in its website for many days.
Now, it is doing nothing to resolve the issue.
Microsoft has successfully cleared its non-moving stocks by luring people in to purchasing these Lumias. Once, these were sold, they have broken their promise.
What options are left for us?
