Microsoft Band and Lumia 640 XL Notifications don' work

If have paired my Microsoft Band with my Nexus 4 Android V 5.1 and Notifications on the Band worked fine, I now have purchased a Lumia 640 XL and paired with this Microsoft Handy Notifications don't work on the Band!

Did you set Bluetooth to pairing mode on the Band?
