Microsoft Band is not syncing messages/notifications

Hey so it's been a few weeks and I realized that my Microsoft band is not syncing ALL of my messages/notifications. I may get one text message sent to my band, but not all of them end up shown on my band. The same goes for missed called or email notifications. In it's current state it's not very reliable.

I have reset/resynced multiple times and it hasn't fixed it.

Now I notice my Bluetooth is always saying NOT CONNECTED. It would seem it's in a sleep mode and doesn't wake up when it's suppose to. My Bluetooth works with any other device I own so I know it's not the phone itself.

Solutions anyone?

I'm having the same issue, I get all my text notifications but none of my emails or facebook messenger notifications, I got most of the other notifications but since I get texts that's really mostly what matters to me.

I don't even get text notifications. I might get one, but I don't receive any after. It really sucks when I get messages at work and I still need to pull out my phone to see if it's important.
