Microsoft Camera vs. Nokia Camera

So, now that the dev preview is out for 8.1, I was curious to find out preferences on using the new Microsoft Camera vs. using Nokia Camera. I have been using Nokia camera for quite some time now due to the amount of control over details of the shot. What is your preference and why? Just trying to see if there are any reasons to switch back to the built in app.

Yeah I wonder how Microsoft Camera performs compared to Nokia Camera with default settings all in Auto with the same lighting, situations, and condition.

But the two pictures have different lighting condition?

I think now the ms camera has finally all the options as the Nokia camera except for the manual focus and to be honest after trying both may I stack with the ms camera. Maybe on cyan update we'll have better results from the Nokia camera app.

Settings > swipe left to "Applications" > photos+camera and then change the default camera to what you will.

Idk what the point of me having a Lumia is as I actually use Camera360 for my pictures(LMAO Selfies) but since 8.1 I have been using Microsoft camera as it faster to load for me.

I wonder does it take the Oversampled 5 megapixel pictures with the Microsoft camera or what?

I switched to the ms camera, at least for now. Easier to access bing vision.

No mate exactly the same settings no flash, no focus assist, I had the phone propped up and didn't move it at all. Lighting conditions the same as they were only taken a few seconds apart.

I found the exact opposite when i did the comparison. I found the Nokia cam to be a bit warmer than the Microsoft cam.

Swipe left
Go to camera & photos and change default launch

I have a 1020 and I think I should probably stick to the Nokia camera since it captures up to 34 mp images
