Microsoft Care on Band

Can you get Microsoft Care on Band after the purchase? I purchased it online but it hasn't arrived yet. There was no option online to purchase Microsoft Care online, I even searched directly for it. Could I add it after I receive it if I drove a few hours to the nearest store?
