In case anyone wanted to purchase Microsoft Complete for their new Surface, you can do so in two ways (that I'm aware of):
1) At a Microsoft Store or kiosk when buying a Surface / Surface 2 / Surface Pro / Surface Pro 2.
2) Online through the Surface Support website https://myservice.surface.com. You will need to register the device to your Microsoft account by inputting the serial # (found under the kickstand), and then you will have the option to buy an ESP (Extended Service Plan).
