Microsoft Edge on W10M

Do you guys have issues with some websites loading on EDGE on W10M? Some websites show a blank white screen. When i go to Tomshardware.com, it says FORBIDDEN. But the websites loads just fine on UC browser. What gives?

in settings, clean cache and allow all cookies, then reboot your device
