Microsoft lumia 435 Battery draining fast refuses to charge!!! what to do?

Hello my sister got me this phone 4 months ago. It is new and i have kept it in good shape.. About two weeks ago it started having trouble charging.. it is giving me the icon but at the same time the battery i have is being drained. For example: i start charging at 50% but 5 minutes later it is 40... without using it. I replaced the charger with a new one. I did a hard reset and removed all apps that use battery..still the same. what do i do?

Dear Guest,

I suggest your sister should returns it back to the seller, to get help. The phone is still on warrant i suppose.
