Microsoft Phone app Crash immediately after Launch

Hi Guys
Yesterday i decided to do a factory reset on .164 insider build.
After reset and restoring my data and installing apps , everything works fine even the Phone app ... but suddenly today when I opened the Phone app it crashed and after that I cant use it and every time I run it , It crashing again.
I do many restarts but it doesn't work.
Plz help me , i dont want to do another factory reset because now Im in a business trip and i really need the phone app

check whether all the apps in the store are updated. its necessary that you update all the apps in store, specially the phone app thats troubling you
