How many times do I have to say this? Users need to be able turn all this stuff off. In fact, it should off by default with any PC you buy, or when you install a new version of Windows AND there should be another HUGE legal thing to agree to when you turn it on.

MS will then not need to be involved in more lawsuits. Which will certainly be coming.
