Migrating Data on GDR2 update... stuck at 53%

Has anyone else seen a freeze in the middle of migrating the data (Step 2 of 5)? It's been stuck at 53% for over an hour now. I'm way too afraid at this point to try and power off or reset. I'm going to wait it out for another few hours, but was curious if anyone has seen this before or if anyone could shed light on what a reset will do at this point.

This depends on the used space on the phone, if its full then the update will take longer (could take hours). I would suggest leaving it on charger and let it proceed

Just to update... I left it plugged in frozen at 53%. Well for some reason it ran out of battery, restarted and finished the process. Took about 8 hours total.
