Missing settings in Music+Videos

This is what I did to get the settings for music + videos.
I changed the xbox and Microsoft account to US.
Go to settings>about>reset your phone.
The phone restarts and asks for your home location. Just scroll that to US.
You will get the xbox music feature and settings on your phone.

Oh.. I see. Thank you. Again I just find it strange that I have the Xbox account but the Xbox Music is not showing on my phone.
