MMS error + ways to disable 4g?

2 issues.

1. Get an error "Can't send try again" when trying to send MMS, both on cellular and wifi. is there a setting under cellular (Settings -> cellular) i need to switch? I have my phone through Verizon.
2. Is there a way to force the phone to use 3G instead of 4G LTE?

If you don't see a setting under cellular, you probably can't do it. I know that is turned off on AT&T. I have no option on my 920.

yeah i can't find anything on my phone, and have been searching on the internet for almost week now. disabling 4g isn't the big issue, but not being able to send mms is.

you might have to call verizon to fix something on their end. has anyone ever tried to send you multiple pics in one text and when it comes in it says something like "get now" and when you tap to retrieve it nothing happens? wonder if there is an app for a 4G switch.
