mobile hotspot on 950xl

Anyone try the mobile hotspot on the 950XL yet? Mine works and then all webpages go to an AT&T redirect stating I don't have a data plan. I have called AT&T and verified the IMEI is in their system. I am getting LTE data on cellular, and internet stuff works on it with the WiFi off. Any ideas? This same sim card worked on my 1520 just fine under windows 10 ...

I also upgraded from a 1520, and I just checked and it works fine. I was on it for 15 minutes without a hiccup or message from AT&T.

Hmm, I use mine quite a bit on my 950XL, and have never had a data issue like this when tethering.

This is Release Preview though (308, 338 are awesome for stability/battery life), haven't taken the plunge beyond there, yet.

Mine works fine. I am on the fast ring. I use my second SIM as a mobile hotspot when needed but otherwise keep it off. They have had a note about data problem with dual SIM devices with the last two builds but I have not had any issues.
