Hi,

I've finally got hold of the standard MOGA Controller, and paired it with my 920. For some reason the Bluetooth connection to the device keeps disconnecting.

Any ideas, or even some kind of walkthrough on getting this to work?

I tried Drift Mania but it also does not seem to show any options for using the controller, probably something I am doing wrong, or maybe the connection is dropping before the game is loaded.

In the meantime, I'm going to download the MOGA SDK and see if I can work out how to use it in my apps, :)

Thanks for any help.

John

Actually, there's games for WP8 that has support for it already - I would actually be more inclined to say it's more of an issue with the GDR3 preview than anything else (might be a few things that hasn't been finalized yet). Try it with Drift Mania and see if it works better when being played with?

Hello, I've owned both the Moga Pocket and the Pro.
I am currently using the Pro on my L920 for both Drift Mania and more often Asphalt 8 Airborne, that's right Asphalt 8 (I know Gameloft makes no mention)! 😉
There is no official or third party app to download so what you must do when using the PRO is turn your Bluetooth on, set your controller to the A setting allow it to connect (it will disconnect) run your game and wait about 30 seconds you will then see the blinking blue light become a solid green and then cut off.
At this point you are connected and your controls preconfigured.
If you exit the game (Surf web, check text...) it will disconnect after a short while but as soon as you re enter the game the controller will re connect very quickly.
I honestly must say that the Moga Pro works much better on WP8 than it has ever on any android device I've ever used, connecting 1st attempt everytime & maintaining an uninterrupted (0 lag) connection at all times for countless hours No fighting with that moga pivot CRapp.
😉 Happy Gaming!
