it's not going to be a choice for a lot of people. If you're buying it for personal use, the Pro is probably the better way to go.
But if your school or business is enforcing 10 S, then you have to go with it. But it wouldn't be such a bad thing to go the 10 S route. Eventually pretty much everything will work with 10 S. The only holdout I see is Adobe because they don't want to have to share any revenue. But for other companies, it's worth it for the common exposure the Windows Store can offer them. Before, they didn't want to go through the development costs of developing a UWP version of their software but the new tools allow them to transition much easier.
