Moving from WP7 to WP8

Hi,

Sorry if this has been posted before but I have 2 questions after upgrading from a 900 to a 1020.
1) Are all my app purchases on WP7 gone effectively? I asked because Metrotube in the store asks me to buy it and not just install it.
2) What are the best podcasting app on WP8? I did use Podcaster but its recently seemed to lose the ability to remember where I paused the podcast or it could have been a WP7 problem.
3) Is there a better rss reader than Weave?

I can only answer no1. But I will still answer it for those you might read this and have the same question as you did.

Yes, all of the apps you purchased can be downloaded again with no charge by going to https://www.windowsphone.com/en-US/account on your phone or computer. Sign in and then you should see your purchase/download history of all of the free and paid apps you've downloaded.
