Mozo Brown Leather back. Wireless charging issue.

Cool If you reach about ~4hrs total charging time (0-100%) then one can safely say that this combo (cover / charger) is working really well.
When it gets hot then charging usually becomes super slow - like 6+ hours. I measured that from 37?C display surface temperate on the device throttles charging speed by 50%.

Equals: cool = all good = should be charging rather quickly.

Having checked the charging behavior in detail I believe that MS can even reach 3:30hr by firmware updates which is then the limit of the chosen low speed QI standard (5 watts maximum).

I have not received my leather battery cover from Mozo yet, by I have tried charging my 950 with a case on and it worked. The case is one that has two layers, a soft rubber layer with a hard plastic layer that goes over the top. I did not think it would charge since it is so thick, but it works just fine with the case on, so I expect that the Mozo battery cover should work since it is thinner. It could be the coils on the battery cover are defective, but since it works with the Nokia wireless charger, my guess is that it comes down to the charger. I am using the Scudo Qi Wireless Charger that I bought from Amazon.

I am now not having any issues charging my XL with the MOZO brown leather back on the upright stand I'm using from CHO. On some of my older wireless chargers like my Nokia pad, I find placing it a little higher on the pad so that the camera circle isnt on the pad which does raise it up a bit.

not on topic, but I ordered my mozo case on 7th december, in the mail I received, they said it can take 3-4 weeks after order to ship the product. still did not receive my package, so I mailed them how long it will take, but so far no answer from them.

someone any ideas?

Same here: Ordered 9th of December. Since then no update, no delivery, etc. Send them an email today. Hopefully they will reply.

I think there are still general supply problems.
I ordered from a couple of different people with different delivery estimates and all kept getting pushed back.
Finally got delivery from Mobilefun 2 weeks ago.

When I ordered mine it was 4 weeks from date of order before it shipped. My understanding is that the demand for these is quite high and they are further backordered. If you email them, they will respond but not very quickly.

Also Offtopic, but am looking for someone who has the Mozo case and can give some info on how thick it is - does it add to the phones thickness when compared to the original cover? If so, how much? Would you be able to take a picture perhaps?

I have the brown leather Mozo on my 950xl, I've had no issues with it at all, everything seems to work fine. It does seem to make the phone a very tiny bit thicker. I put it into the gel cover I used before I received the Mozo and the buttons don't align quite as well. You can't actually see any difference in thickness though.

I have noticed it does charge slower, not a huge issue for me but could be for some.
