MS Health App unable to "discover" connected Band 2

Hi,

I am loosing the will to live. Using a Band2 since Christmas. Initial set up fine and zero issues.

For the last 6-7 weeks the band2 wont find the GPS satellite to record my cycles. I have tried all the "tricks" nothing.

Last attempt was to do a factory reset. Followed instructions and completed the reset and now the MS health app will not discover the band2

I have uninstalled the app and re installed, paired the band in settings, checked health app, connected the band in settings - checked the app.

nothing seems to work. Can anybody help please?
