Ms office not working in windows 10

while selecting any office tools ms office 2013 (power point,word etc) in windows 10, it shows that

"windows cannot access the specified device , oath or file, you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
im not using any anti virus and defender also deactivated.

Suggestion :

Assuming you have your MS Office installation media and product key.

Go to Programs and Features > uninstall your version of MS Office.

Re-install the same MS Office.
