Multiple issues, best way to get phone repaired?

So, I have the 1520 from AT&T and there's just a magnitude of issues. My microphone only works on speaker phone but not when it's turned off. Sometimes the phone will open apps, close apps, open the camera, the screen will start shaking and the phone will vibrate, and now all of a sudden the lock button doesn't unlock the phone unless it's pressed with the lock and volume down button.

Should I go to to AT&T or contact Microsoft to try and get it swapped/repaired?

If you bought it from AT&T, then you'll need to get it repaired through AT&T.
