Music Sync with MediaMonkey / MusicBee

Hi Community!
I am having a problem with synchronizing my Lumia with MediaMonkey or MusicBee.
It just doesn't get recognized by these programmes.

With WMP everything is working and my phone gets recognized in the explorer.

I have Windows 8 Pro 64bit on my computer.

Anybody has an idea how to solve this? Bc the sync with the Windows App is just horrible...
