My BLU Windows phone won't let me recieve/send pictures, get on the internet?

I transferred my straight talk service over to my new BLU Windows phone, it only gave me the option of SIM 2, could this be the reason for no picture sending or receiving and no internet access? Should I try a different service? Can I order the special SIM 1?

did you put it into the SIM1 Slot?

there is no "special" sim 1. you also may have to enter the APN settings for your carrier.

Since you do not mention WHICH BLU windows phone (there are 4-5 models) or your carrier, no one can offer any more help.
