My Bluetooth won't read me my texts anymore

My Bluetooth headset used to read me my text message if one came in. From there I was given the option to reply or ignore.

I don't know if I accidentally turned off a setting, but my phone will no longer read me the text through my Bluetooth headset.

Anyone have an idea why?

Check that your settings maybe haven't changed mobster011.

Settings / Speech / Read incoming text messages aloud. (Right at bottom)

Check it's set to what you require.

I don't know how I overlooked this when reviewing my settings, or how I even turned it off to begin with but, yes, I had this setting turned off.
